The course covers the fundamentals of investing in the real estate market, the pros and cons of real estate investing, forms of ownership, analysis and feasibility studies, tax laws affecting real estate investments, and financing options available to investors. The course also examines real estate investment by property types: residential, commercial, industrial, and other opportunities.

This 30-hour course for Pennsylvania broker license applicants takes students through the sales transaction cycle. As we take you from prospecting to negotiating to closing (and all the steps in between), we’ll also review federal and Pennsylvania laws that may affect the transaction.
